Section 4-211 - License Forms; Effective Date; Expiration

(a) A license issued by a local licensing board shall be on the form that the local licensing board provides. (b) A local licensing board shall number each license. (c) Except as otherwise provided in this article, a license issued by a local licensing board shall be dated as of the date of issue and shall expire on the next April 30 after its issuance.
