Section 4-504 - Employment of Underage Individuals

(a) An individual under the age of 18 years may not be engaged in the sale of alcoholic beverages. (b) (1) Except as provided in paragraph (2) of this subsection, an individual between the ages of 18 and 21 years may be employed in the sale of beer and light wine.
