Section 4-606 - Effects of Revocation

(a) After revoking a license, a local licensing board: (1) may not issue another license to the person whose license is revoked; (2) may not issue any license for the same premises for 6 months after the revocation; and (3) may decide not to issue another license for the same premises. (b) If the license was held on behalf of a corporation, a partnership, or an unincorporated association, another license may not be obtained on behalf of the corporation, partnership, or unincorporated association to sell alcoholic beverages on the same premises for 6 months after the revocation.
