Section 4-804 - Transfer or Reinstatement of License

(a) The personal representative or special administrator to whom a certificate of permission has been granted may apply to the local licensing board for the transfer of the license for the benefit of the estate of the license holder. (b) On approval of the application for transfer of the license and payment of the balance of any license fee due until the expiration of the license year, the license is reinstated.
