Section 6-103 - Vehicles, Vessels, and Aircraft as Contraband

A vehicle, a vessel, or an aircraft used with the express or implied knowledge or consent of its owner to violate a provision of this article relating to the unlawful manufacture of alcoholic beverages or to transport, store, or hide unlawful alcoholic beverages: (1) is contraband; and (2) may be seized by: (i) the Comptroller or the Comptroller’s authorized enforcement officers; or (ii) the Executive Director or the Executive Director’s authorized enforcement officers; and (3) may be forfeited in accordance with this subtitle.
