Section 11-1104 - Sunday Permit

(a) This section does not apply to a person who holds: (1) a hotel–limited service license; or (2) a beach and amusement park license. (b) There is a Sunday permit. (c) Any license holder may be issued the permit. (d) (1) The holder of the permit may sell the alcoholic beverages on Sunday that are authorized by the license already held. (2) The permit is subject to the same hours, restrictions, and other provisions for the license already held. (e) An applicant shall be issued the permit on: (1) approval of an application made in the same manner for a new license; and (2) payment of the required fee. (f) The annual permit fees are: (1) $60 for a beer and light wine Sunday permit; and (2) $120 for a beer, wine, and liquor Sunday permit. (g) The permit may be renewed in the same manner as a license. (h) If the license held by the license holder of a Sunday permit is suspended or revoked, the permit is also suspended or revoked.
