Section 11-1312 - License Requirements and Beer Purchasing Requirements

(a) Section 3–102 of the General Provisions Article and provisions regarding applications for licenses under Subtitle 14 of this title and issuance of licenses under Subtitle 15 of this title do not apply to an applicant for: (1) a Class C per diem beer license; (2) a Class C per diem beer and wine license; and (3) a Class C per diem beer, wine, and liquor license. (b) A Class C per diem beer, wine, and liquor license holder may purchase beer from a wholesaler.
