Section 11-2003 - Beer and Light Wine Licenses

(a) (1) A holder of a Class A beer and light wine license may sell beer and light wine on Monday through Saturday from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day. (2) Except as provided in paragraph (3) of this subsection, the license holder may not sell beer or light wine after 2 a.m. on Sunday. (3) The Board may issue to the license holder a Sunday license that authorizes the sale of beer and light wine on Sunday according to terms that the license states. (b) (1) A holder of a Class B beer and light wine license may sell beer and light wine on Monday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day. (2) Except as provided in paragraph (3) of this subsection, the license holder may not sell beer or light wine after 2 a.m. on Sunday. (3) The Board may issue to the license holder a Sunday license that authorizes the sale of beer and light wine on Sunday according to terms that the license states. (4) The license holder may sell or provide beer and light wine at a bar or counter on any day on which the sale of beer and light wine is allowed by law. (c) (1) A holder of a Class C beer and light wine license may sell beer and light wine on Monday through Saturday, from 6 a.m.
