Section 11-504 - Beer Sale on Credit to Retail Dealer Prohibited

For purposes of applying § 2–314 of this article: (1) a cash deposit for a returnable container shall be required at the time of sale or delivery of beer; and (2) a check accepted for payment that is not postdated and is promptly deposited for collection is considered cash.
