Section 12-904 - Class B-Bwl (H-M) License

(a) This section does not apply to: (1) a restaurant not located in a hotel or motel; or (2) a catering establishment. (b) There is a Class B–BWL (H–M) license. (c) The Board may issue the license for use by a hotel or motel that has: (1) a dining room with facilities for preparing and serving regular meals for at least 125 individuals at one seating; (2) at least 100 rooms for the accommodation of the public; and (3) a capital investment of not less than $500,000. (d) (1) The annual license fee is $6,500. (2) In addition, the license holder annually shall pay: (i) $1,000, if the licensed premises has fewer than 100 rooms; (ii) $500, if the license holder provides live entertainment; and (iii) $200, if the license holder provides outdoor table service.
