Section 13-1312 - Purchasing Requirements for 7-Day Class C per Diem Beer, Wine, and Liquor License

(a) The holder of a 7–day Class C per diem beer, wine, and liquor license may purchase beer and wine from a wholesaler. (b) The holder of a 7–day Class C per diem beer, wine, and liquor license may agree with the holder of a wholesaler’s license to deliver beer and wine on the days that the per diem license is in effect and accept returns on the same day of delivery.
