(a) The Board may issue a multiple 1–day license to a charitable organization that is tax exempt under § 501(c)(3) or (4) of the United States Internal Revenue Code. (b) (1) An applicant for the license shall include on the application the dates of the events for which the license is required. (2) The license may not include more than 12 dates. (c) The Board shall adopt regulations to carry out this section.
