(a) (1) A holder of a Class A beer, wine, and liquor license may sell beer, wine, and liquor on Monday through Saturday from 6 a.m. to midnight. (2) From 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., the license holder may sell beer, wine, and liquor on the Sunday immediately before: (i) Christmas Day; (ii) New Year’s Day; (iii) Rosh Hashanah; and (iv) Yom Kippur. (3) A license holder may sell beer, wine, and liquor on the two Sundays immediately before Passover if: (i) the license holder does not sell beer, wine, and liquor on the two Saturdays immediately before Passover; (ii) the off–premises sales are conducted on those Sundays from 6 a.m. to midnight; and (iii) the sales are limited to beer, wine, and liquor that are 'kosher for Passover'. (b) (1) A holder of a Class B beer, wine, and liquor license may sell beer, wine, and liquor Monday through Sunday from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day. (2) The license holder may sell beer, wine, and liquor at a bar or counter on Sunday. (3) From 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., the holder of a Class B beer, wine, and liquor (on– and off–sale) license may sell beer, wine, and liquor for off–premises consumption on the Sunday immediately before: (i) Christmas Day; (ii) New Year’s holder of a Class B beer, wine, and liquor (on– and off–sale) license may sell beer, wine, and liquor for off–premises consumption on the Sunday immediately before: (i) Christmas Day; (ii) New Year’s Day; (iii) Rosh Hashanah; and (iv) Yom Kippur. (c) (1) A holder of a Class C beer, wine, and liquor license may sell beer, wine, and liquor on each day of the week from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day. (2) The license holder may sell beer, wine, and liquor at a bar or counter on Sunday. (d) (1) A holder of a Class D beer, wine, and liquor license may sell beer, wine, and liquor on Monday through Sunday from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day. (2) From 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., a holder of a Class D on–sale and off–sale beer, wine, and liquor license may sell beer, wine, and liquor for off–premises consumption on the Sunday immediately before: (i) Christmas Day; (ii) New Year’s Day; (iii) Rosh Hashanah; and (iv) Yom Kippur.
