Section 13-2102 - Notice of Complaint Initiating License Revocation or Suspension Procedures

(a) In addition to procedures under § 4–603 of this article, the Board shall notify the license holder of the complaint by: (1) personal service on the license holder or any adult employee of the license holder; or (2) any other method of service of notice that conforms with Maryland Rules 2–121 and 2–122. (b) If notice is given to an adult employee of the license holder under subsection (a) of this section, the Board shall mail a copy of the notice or a letter describing the contents of the notice to the home or business address of the license holder within 72 hours after the notice is given to the adult employee.
