Section 14-1405 - Payment of License Fees

(a) If a licensed premises is located in a municipality: (1) 50% of the net license fees shall be paid to the municipality; and (2) 50% of the net license fees shall be paid to the county for the purposes of the county. (b) If a licensed premises is located outside a municipality, all of the net license fees shall be paid to the county.
