(a) There is a Class D beer license. (b) (1) Subject to paragraph (2) of this subsection, the license authorizes the license holder to sell beer at retail at the place described in the license for on– and off–premises consumption. (2) A license may not be issued for a drugstore. (c) The license holder is eligible to be issued a special event festival permit under § 14–906 of this title. (d) The annual license fee is $1,000.
