Section 15-1504 - Waiting Period After Denial Because of Suitability

(a) If a license application is denied on grounds relating to the suitability of the applicant, the Board may not receive another application from the applicant for any type of license at any premises for 6 months after the denial. (b) If a license application is denied on grounds relating to the suitability of the location described in the application, the Board may not receive any type of license application for the location for 1 year after the denial.
