(a) When considering a transfer of a license, the Board shall keep all criminal history records in a sealed envelope available only to the members of the Board and their designees. (b) The Board shall set and charge a fee to cover the cost of obtaining the applicant’s fingerprints and the results of the State and national criminal history records check.
