Section 15-2703 - Gambling at Licensed Establishment by Individual Under the Age of 18 Years

(a) A holder of a Class A beer, wine, and liquor license may not allow an individual under the age of 18 years to play pool, billiards, shuffleboard, pinball, a console machine, or any other game of chance or skill in the licensed establishment unless the individual is accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. (b) A license holder who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to imprisonment not exceeding 30 days or a fine or both.
