(a) There is: (1) a 6–day Class D beer, wine, and liquor license; and (2) a 7–day Class D beer, wine, and liquor license. (b) Each license authorizes the license holder to sell beer, wine, and liquor at retail at the place described in the license for on–premises consumption. (c) The license may not be issued for use by a drugstore. (d) The annual license fee is: (1) $1,250 for a 6–day license; and (2) $1,600 for a 7–day license.
