(a) A holder of a Class A beer and wine license may sell or provide beer and wine on Monday through Sunday from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. (b) (1) A holder of a 6–day Class B beer and wine license may sell or provide beer and wine for on–premises consumption on Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day. (2) A holder of a 7–day Class B beer and wine license may sell or provide beer and wine for on–premises consumption: (i) on Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day; and (ii) on Sunday from 8 a.m. to 1 a.m. the following day. (3) A holder of a 7–day Class B beer and wine license may sell beer and wine for off–premises consumption on Monday through Sunday from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. (c) A holder of a Class C beer and wine license may sell or provide beer and wine on Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day. (d) (1) A holder of a 6–day or 7–day Class D beer and wine license may sell or provide beer and wine on Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day. (2) A holder of a 7–day Class D beer and wine license may sell or provide beer and wine on Sunday from 8 a.m. to 1 a.m. the following day.
