(a) There is a Class D beer and wine license. (b) The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer and wine, at retail, at the place described in the license: (1) for on–premises consumption; and (2) for off–premises consumption at the discretion of the Board. (c) The license may not be issued for use by a drugstore. (d) The annual license fee is $250.
