Section 17-1001 - Club or Organization License

(a) There is a beer, wine, and liquor club or organization license. (b) (1) The Board may issue a beer, wine, and liquor license for the use of a club or organization that: (i) owns real property in the county; and (ii) 1. if a yacht club, has at least 150 members, of which at least 50 members own yachts, boats, or other vessels; or 2. if a local veterans’, fraternal, or sororal organization, is associated with a national organization. (2) The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer, wine, and liquor for on–premises consumption. (c) The license holder may sell beer, wine, and liquor during the hours and days as set out for a Class C beer, wine, and liquor license under § 17–2006 of this title. (d) The annual license fee is: (1) $2,000 for a for–profit club or organization; and (2) $500 for a nonprofit club or organization.
