Section 17-1309 - License for Use at Entertainment Event

(a) The Board may issue a per diem license of any class to a club for use at an entertainment event. (b) An application shall be: (1) on a form that the Board requires; and (2) signed and sworn to by the applicant. (c) (1) The total number of days for which the license may be used may not exceed four in a calendar year. (2) The license may not be issued to a club more than four times in a calendar year. (d) The fee for a license is: (1) $10 per day for a per diem beer license or per diem beer and wine license; or (2) $20 per day for a per diem beer, wine, and liquor license.
