Section 17-202 - Membership

(a) The County Commissioners shall appoint three members to the Board. (b) Each member of the Board shall be of high moral character and possess a sound reputation for integrity. (c) (1) The term of a member is 3 years. (2) The terms of the members are staggered as required by the terms provided for members of the Board on July 1, 2016. (3) At the end of a term, a member continues to serve until a successor is appointed and qualifies.
