Section 17-2103 - Requirement for Licensed Premises; Hardship Extension

(a) A license shall be revoked if: (1) a licensed premises is not open for at least 30 consecutive days on which the license is authorized to be used during 1 year; or (2) no sale of alcoholic beverages is made during the 30–day period. (b) If the license holder shows hardship before the revocation, the Board may allow the license holder an additional period not exceeding 1 year before revoking the license.
