Section 18-1409 - Application Fee for New Licenses

(a) The Board shall charge an application fee for a new license that is: (1) $200, in addition to any other fee required for a license; and (2) nonrefundable, whether the application is approved or denied. (b) The Board shall use the application fee to pay its expenses to process the application.
