(a) The Board of License Commissioners shall remit promptly to the Board of County Commissioners the fees collected and refunds paid under this article. (b) The Board of County Commissioners shall deposit fees received in accordance with subsection (a) of this section in the general fund of the county. (c) A person who violates subsection (a) of this section is subject to a fine not exceeding $500.
