Section 18-2003 - Beer and Light Wine Licenses

(a) Reserved. (b) Reserved. (c) Reserved. (d) A holder of a Class D beer and light wine license may sell beer and light wine: (1) on Monday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day; and (2) on Sunday, from 6 a.m. to midnight. (e) A holder of a Class H beer and light wine license may sell beer and light wine: (1) on Monday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day; and (2) on Sunday, from 6 a.m. to midnight. (f) (1) The part of a premises where alcoholic beverages are sold or displayed may be open only during the hours of sale for alcoholic beverages set out in subsections (d) and (e) of this section. (2) A license holder with an on–sale license shall remove all bottles and containers from the table on or before the closing time set out in subsections (d) and (e) of this section. (g) A license holder may sell nonalcoholic items: (1) on Monday through Saturday, from 5 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day; and (2) on Sunday, from 6 a.m. to midnight. (h) A person that violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to imprisonment or a fine not exceeding $250 or both.
