Section 18-2802 - Penalty Imposed by Board

(a) (1) Subject to subsection (b) of this section, the Board may impose a fine not exceeding $2,500 or suspend a license or both for a violation of a provision of this article that applies in the county. (2) The fine shall be imposed subject to § 10–1001 of the State Government Article. (b) Fines collected under this section shall be paid into the general fund of the county.
