Section 18-604 - Class D Beer License

(a) There is a Class D beer license. (b) (1) Subject to paragraph (2) of this subsection, the license authorizes the license holder to sell beer at retail at the place described in the license for on– and off–premises consumption. (2) A license may not be issued for a drugstore. (c) (1) The annual license fee is $240. (2) In addition to the annual license fee, a license holder shall annually pay: (i) $200, if the license holder provides live entertainment; and (ii) $200, if the license holder provides outdoor table service.
