(a) There is a Class B–R (restaurant) on–sale beer, wine, and liquor license. (b) The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer, wine, and liquor at retail for consumption on the premises of a restaurant that: (1) is primarily engaged in the sale of food and nonalcoholic beverages for on–premises consumption; and (2) contains a dining room with facilities for preparing and serving meals. (c) The license holder may sell beer, wine, and liquor during the hours and days as set out for a Class B beer, wine, and liquor license under § 18–2004(b) of this title. (d) A license holder may not: (1) establish an area on the premises of the restaurant that is a bar; or (2) provide live entertainment. (e) (1) The annual license fee is $360. (2) In addition to the annual license fee, a license holder shall yearly pay $200 if the license holder provides outdoor table service.
