Section 19-2002 - Beer Licenses

(a) Except as provided in § 19–2006 of this subtitle, a holder of a Class A beer license may sell beer on each day of the week, from 6 a.m. to midnight. (b) A holder of a Class B beer (on–sale) license may sell beer: (1) on Monday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to 1:45 a.m. the following day; and (2) except as provided in § 19–2006 of this subtitle, on Sunday, from noon to midnight. (c) A holder of a Class C beer (on–sale) license may sell beer: (1) on Monday through Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 1:45 a.m. the following day; and (2) except as provided in § 19–2006 of this subtitle, on Sunday, from noon to midnight. (d) A holder of a Class D beer (on–sale) license may sell beer: (1) on Monday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to 1:45 a.m. the following day; and (2) except as provided in § 19–2006 of this subtitle, on Sunday, from noon to midnight.
