Section 19-2004 - Beer and Wine Licenses

(a) A holder of a Class A beer and wine license may sell beer and wine: (1) on Monday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to midnight; and (2) except as provided in § 19–2006 of this subtitle, on Sunday, from 6 a.m. to midnight. (b) A holder of a Class B beer and wine (on–sale and off–sale) license may sell beer and wine: (1) on Monday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to 1:45 a.m. the following day; and (2) except as provided in § 19–2006 of this subtitle, on Sunday from 10 a.m. to midnight. (c) A holder of a Class C beer and wine license may sell beer and wine: (1) on Monday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to 1:45 a.m. the following day; and (2) except as provided in § 19–2006 of this subtitle, on Sunday, from noon to midnight. (d) A holder of a Class D beer and wine license may sell beer and wine: (1) on Monday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to 1:45 a.m. the following day; and (2) except as provided in § 19–2006 of this subtitle, on Sunday from noon to 2 a.m. the following day.
