If December 24 or December 31 is on a Sunday, the hours of sale are: (1) for beer licenses: (i) Class A, from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day; and (ii) Classes B, C, and D, from noon to 2 a.m. the following day; (2) for Class A wine licenses, from noon to 2 a.m. the following day; (3) for beer and wine licenses: (i) Class A, from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day; (ii) Class B, from 10 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day; and (iii) Classes C and D, from noon to 2 a.m. the following day; and (4) for beer, wine, and liquor licenses: (i) Class A, from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day; and (ii) Classes B, C, and D, from noon to 2 a.m. the following day.
