Section 20-1804 - Issuance of Renewed License -- Date of Renewal -- Restriction or Suspension

(a) The Board may issue renewed licenses for the following license year between January 1 and May 1, inclusive. (b) All renewed licenses shall be dated May 1. (c) If an expiring license is subject to an order of restriction or suspension, the Board shall issue the corresponding license renewal subject to the same order.
