(a) A person engaged in the manufacture or sale of alcoholic beverages, an agent or employee of the person, and a license holder may not, directly or indirectly, offer or make a payment or gift to: (1) a member of the Board; (2) the chief alcoholic beverages inspector; (3) a full–time or part–time alcoholic beverages inspector; or (4) any other employee of the Board. (b) A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $1,000.
