Section 20-905 - Class C Beer, Wine, and Liquor License

(a) There is a Class C beer, wine, and liquor license. (b) The Board may issue the license for use by: (1) a nationally chartered fraternal, charitable, or veterans’ organization, regardless of how long the organization has been operating; or (2) any other club that has been operating for at least 3 years before the application for the license is made.
