§ 21-1104-1

(a) The Board may issue a refillable container permit for wine to a holder of a license that entitles the holder to sell wine for off–premises consumption. (b) (1) The annual permit fee is $75. (2) The Board shall charge a one–time issuing fee for a new permit in an amount equal to the annual permit fee.
