Section 21-2104 - Effects of Revocation

In exercising the authority conferred on the Board under § 4–606 of this article, if the Board revokes a license for conviction of the license holder for a violation of this article or the Tax – General Article that relates to the alcoholic beverage tax, the Board may not issue a license until 2 years after the revocation: (1) to the same license holder; or (2) for the same premises.
