Section 21-404 - Class 2 Rectifying License

(a) This section applies to a Class 2 rectifying license in the county. (b) A license holder may open on Sundays to engage in the activities listed in § 2–204(b)(4) of this article only in an election district or a precinct in an election district where the voters, in a referendum authorized by law, have approved Sunday sales at a rectifying facility.
