Section 21-604 - Class D Beer License

(a) There is a Class D beer license. (b) (1) Subject to paragraph (2) of this subsection, the license authorizes the license holder to sell beer at retail at the place described in the license for on– and off–premises consumption. (2) A license may not be issued for a drugstore. (c) (1) The annual license fees are: (i) $150 for a 6–day license; and (ii) $175 for a 7–day license. (2) The Board shall charge a one–time issuing fee for a new license in an amount equal to the annual license fee.
