(a) In this title: (1) except as provided in subsection (e) of this section, the definitions in § 1–101 of this article apply without exception or variation; and (2) the following words have the meanings indicated. (b) 'Board' means the Board of License Commissioners for Harford County. (c) 'County' means Harford County. (d) 'Premises' includes all integral parts of the licensed premises, including any building, parking lot, terrace, and grounds. (e) The definition of 'restaurant' under § 1–101 of this article applies in the county, subject to § 22–103 of this subtitle.
