Section 22-1104 - Nonrefillable Container Permit -- Draft Beer

(a) The Board may issue a nonrefillable container permit for draft beer to a holder of: (1) a Class A–1 license; (2) a Class A–2 license; (3) a Class B license that has off–sale privileges; or (4) a Class D license. (b) (1) Except as provided in paragraph (2) of this subsection, the annual permit fee is $50. (2) An applicant who has a refillable container permit may not be charged a fee for a nonrefillable container permit.
