Section 22-1502 - Goods Allowed to Be Sold on Licensed Premises

(a) In addition to food cooked or prepared on the licensed premises, a license holder may sell other goods that the Board specifies, including nonalcoholic drinks and food prepared off the licensed premises. (b) The Board shall print a list of the saleable goods under subsection (a) of this section and provide a copy to each license holder when the license is issued. (c) If the Board makes a change to the list, the Board shall immediately mail a copy of the revised list to each license holder.
