(a) (1) Subject to paragraph (2) of this subsection, the Board shall meet at least 50 times each year. (2) The chair may cancel a meeting for lack of an agenda. (b) (1) The chair of the Board shall receive annually $7,000 and any additional compensation that the County Council considers appropriate. (2) Each other member of the Board shall receive annually $6,000 and any additional compensation that the County Council considers appropriate.
