(a) At the end of each fiscal year, the Board shall submit a financial audit for review to: (1) the County Executive; and (2) the Harford County Delegation to the Maryland General Assembly, consisting of Harford County Senators and Delegates. (b) The financial audit is not subject to approval by the County Executive or the Harford County Delegation�to the Maryland General Assembly, consisting of Harford County Senators and Delegates.
