Section 22-2202 - Seasonal Closing

The Board may authorize the closing of a licensed premises for not more than 9 months if: (1) the Board determines that the licensed premises is seasonally operated; and (2) the license holder submits a written request to the Board at least 30 days before: (i) the anticipated date of closing; and (ii) the anticipated date of reopening.
