(a) If the Board or an inspector of the Board receives a complaint or information about a violation of this title by a license holder, the Board shall order an inspector to investigate. (b) If the investigation shows that the complaint or information is supported by evidence, the Board shall handle the case in accordance with § 22–2102 of this title.
