Section 23-209 - Issuance of Licenses

(a) The Board of License Commissioners or the Hearing Board may issue licenses. (b) The county shall: (1) pay from the license fee receipts the salaries and expenses of the Board of License Commissioners; and (2) devote the balance of the receipts to the general purposes of the county.
